I’m sure we all sand this song when we were younger: “Kim & Greg sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G! First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby in the baby carriage!” Of course, we all would laugh and think it’s silly (because it was a LONG way off back then), but it certainly is the truth at this point in my life and it is true of the couple I’m featuring of my blog today.
I met Jeff & Erica Winnicki when I first moved to Lafayette five years ago. Their dentistry practice (The Dental Shoppe) is basically in my backyard and my whole family are patients of theirs, so we see them quite often! Between fillings and cleanings over the past few years, we have become friends. They have been together since dentistry school and you can tell just being around them that they really admire and respect each other. I shot their wedding last October and found out later in the spring during my routine cleaning that they were expecting! I was more than excited for them and couldn’t wait to meet their little bundle of joy!
Ava Elizabeth was born on June 26, 2011 and is a very sweet little lady. She loves cuddling in her daddy’s arms and being snuggled by her mama.
